Installation Services

  • Deposits on installation services are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or begun.

  • If you cancel a scheduled installation with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Any issues with workmanship must be reported within 7 days of completion. We will inspect the issue and offer repairs or adjustments if needed. Refunds are considered only if the problem cannot be resolved.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective flooring, contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items, depending on availability and your preference.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
